PromoLeaf, LLC ("PromoLeaf," "we," "us") respects the privacy of the people who visit PromoLeaf.com and buy from us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

Information you give us. This includes your name, email address, phone number, company name, shipping and billing addresses, artwork and logos you upload, order and quote details, and anything you send us by live chat, email, phone or web form.

Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we collect your IP address, approximate location based on that IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site or ad that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. We collect some of this using cookies and similar technologies.

Live chat

Our website offers a live chat so you can talk with a member of our team. Live chat conversations are recorded and stored. When you use live chat, we record the full text of the conversation along with the name and email you provide, your IP address, approximate location, browser and device information, and the page you were viewing.

Our live chat is provided by Chatlio and delivered to our team through Slack. Chat transcripts and related information are stored in those services and may be reviewed by PromoLeaf staff to answer your questions, follow up on quotes and orders, keep business records, train our team and improve our service.

Before a chat begins, we tell you that chats are recorded and ask you to check a box agreeing to it. By checking that box and starting a chat, you consent to the recording and storage described here. If you'd prefer not to have your conversation recorded, please don't use live chat and call us at 888-515-1026 or email us instead.

How we use information

We use information to provide quotes, proofs and samples; process and ship orders; respond to questions through chat, email and phone; send order updates and, if you opt in, marketing emails you can unsubscribe from at any time; understand how people use our site so we can improve it; measure our advertising; prevent fraud and keep our site secure; and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to run our business, including with:

Service providers who operate parts of our business on our behalf, such as our e-commerce platform, live chat and team messaging tools (Chatlio and Slack), email providers, payment processors, accounting software, and analytics and advertising providers such as Google.
Suppliers, decorators and shipping carriers who need your order details, artwork and shipping address to produce and deliver your order.
Legal and safety purposes, when required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect our rights, customers or others.
Business transfers, if PromoLeaf is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Cookies and advertising

We and our analytics and advertising partners, including Google, use cookies and similar technologies to understand how our site is used and to measure and improve our ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can manage Google ad personalization at adssettings.google.com.

Payment and financial information

Payments are handled by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials. We do keep records such as invoices, payment history and billing contacts, and use them to bill for orders, process payments and refunds, collect amounts due and resolve billing disputes. We share this information only with banks, payment processors, accounting providers and, if necessary, collection agencies in connection with billing.

How we protect information

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (SSL) connections and access controls on the systems we use. No website or service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but protecting your information is a priority for us.

How long we keep information

We keep information, including chat transcripts, for as long as needed to serve you, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify it.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any email. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we're required to keep. To request deletion, follow the steps on our data deletion instructions page or contact us.

Children

Our site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we'll give additional notice, such as a notice on our site or an email to customers.
